Who They Are:

A tuition-free program for Wisconsin youth ages 16-18 who are struggling to graduate high school. Located in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, use the structure and discipline of the military to provide Cadets the foundation for the future they want and deserve. This government program is completely free to the individual.
